Head Coach - David Scott
David Scott will begin his fifth year with the Lady Wildcats. This will be his first as Head Coach, after four seasons as assistant coach under Coach Jill Prudden. Coach Scott played from 1981-1983 for ORHS. He attended and played basketball at Hiwassee Jr. College and Tennessee Wesleyan College where he graduated in 1987. He also attended LMU where he received his masters degree. He has previously coached both boys and girls basketball at RMS and a boys basketball assistant and a freshman coach at ORHS for five years. Coach Scott is married to Michelle and they have two children, Elizabeth Grace and Daniel.

Assistant Coach - LC Wilson
L.C. Wilson begins his sixth year as a volunteer coach for the Lady Wildcats. He previously served three years as a volunteer coach at Robertsville Middle School, and one year for the Lady Wildcat Freshman team. He is employed by UT Battelle at ORNL. Coach Wilson and his wife Susie have two children, Jennifer and Todd.

Assistant Coach - Brandi Boshears
This will be the start of Coach Boshears seventh year coaching at the high school level, and she is very excited about returning to Oak Ridge to be a part of the Lady Wildcats coaching staff. She played on the Lady Wildcats basketball team from 1995-1999, bringing home a State Championship in 1997. She continued her education and basketball career at Roane State Community College and Carson Newman College. She graduated from Carson Newman in 2004 with a degree in Elementary Education. Coach Boshears and her husband, Andrew, will be married two years in October. They live in Clinton with their two dogs, Cobi and Roxi.
