Head Coach - Karra Jackson

Head Coach Karra Jackson is entering her first season as Girls Basketball Coach at Oak Ridge High School. She previously spent the past four seasons as Head Coach of Bryan Station High School in Lexington, KY. While there, she was named 11th Region Coach of the Year both in 2010 and 2011. Before heading to Bryan Station, she was head assistant coach under Hall of Fame Coach Roy Bowling at North Laurel High School in London, Ky. Karra also spent time in Claiborne County, TN where she led Soldiers Memorial Middle School to a State Championship in 2006.

Karra is originally from Middlesboro, KY and spent her collegiate playing career at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, TN. While there she was named Gulf South Conference Freshman of the Year in 1998, was a 4-year starter, team captain and LMU Female Athlete of the Year in 2001 and 2002.  She was recently inducted into the LMU Hall of Fame.

Karra’s mother and father live in Middlesboro, Kentucky and plan on being at many games in Wildcat Arena.  She has one older brother, Josh, who is a band director in Orlando, Florida as well as composes music and arrangements for other bands.

Assistant/Head JV Coach - Allison Timaji

Allison Timaji started her coaching career at The Lexington School in Lexington, Kentucky in 2005.  She was an assistant coach for the 7th and 8th grade team there for 2 years before moving to Bryan Station High School, also in Lexington.  At Bryan Station, she was the freshmen coach for 2 years and the JV and head assistant coach for 2 years.  She also was in charge of overseeing player academics, tutoring, seeking scholarships, and providing ACT prep help.
Allison was born and raised in Lexington, where she attended Paul Laurence Dunbar High school and the University of Kentucky.  She has her degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion with a Teacher Certification.  After graduation, she began teaching elementary P.E. at Garden Springs Elementary in Lexington for 2 years before moving to Oak Ridge this summer.  Her current job is a Teaching Assistant in CDC at Oak Ridge High School.
Allison’s father lives in Lexington with his wife and runs several restaurants.  Her mother is a physical therapist and lives in Athens, Georgia with her husband.  She has one younger brother, Adam, who is in college at Embry Riddle in Daytona Beach, FL studying Aeronautical Space Engineering.

Assistant/Head Freshman Coach - Barry Beeler

Coach Beeler will be entering his sixth year as the Lady Wildcat Freshmen coach.  He works for TN OSHA.  He has degrees from Tennessee Wesleyan College and the University of Tennessee.  Proud father of Brett and Blair.
